Some Cool Gadgets Way Back - iShuffle and Audio-Technica

iShuffle
Also known as the iPod mini mini, the iShuffle seeks to provide the beauty of iTunes music to the folks on a budget. The iShuffle holds around 20 songs in its 512MB incarnation, or around 60 songs in the 256MB version.

There is no screen beacause users aremeant to listen to their favorite music in either of the two ways: in the order they made their palylist or randomly. We think Steve's job should be start firing people in Apple's ipod division except iPod users will tell you that's exactly how they listen to their itunes, so who knows Apple might be onto something.

Audio-Technica at DSP 300
So you have spent the last 2 years carefully curating your own digital music collection - but now what? Share the musical love, of course by purchasing mini speakers.

These cray candle-stick shaped ones are the work of crazy bearded audiophiles at Audio-Technica and effortlessly cool British designer Pail Smith. You get two speakers and an egg-shaped digital amplifier. Even if you could afford it, you can buy them here. Tough.
